The Endolite Socket Lock is designed specifically for ICEROSS® and 3S®
silicone sockets. It gives a number of valuable improvements over earlier
designs.
The socket lock drapes reliably without webbing of the socket material.
Thanks to the large diameter cone design, the lock rod centralizes easily during donning of the prosthesis.
The lock rod has a flanged head and a special thread form to give a more secure fit and incorporates spanner flats to assist in tightening. A rubber sleeve is supplied to protect the end of the rod from damaging the silicone socket during donning and removal.
When the limb is complete, simply trim the release knob to suit the outer profile of the limb.
