Wrist units are built into Exoskeletal prosthesis to allow pre-positioning or exchange of a hand and functional device. Several products are available.

Quick disconnect wrist are used for heavy duty applications where frequent interchange is required. They provide rotation, positioning & ejections functions.

A light weight friction can be provided. This incorporates a user adjustable friction resistance device using a Knurled ring for extra grip. Simple snap on, snap off, connections can be made to allow exchange of the hand or functional device exchange or for servicing.
